•DEPOSIT To complete your booking, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required when you make your appointment. The deposit is included in the total cost of your service. •RESCHEDULE Reschedule is to be made before 24 hours prior booking time. •NO-SHOWS No Show will be charged 30% fee. •LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please call or text right away. I will try to accommodate the service you have booked. However, after 10 minutes, your appointment is subject to change. After 15 minutes, it’s considered as cancellation and there is a cancellation fee of 30%, as no-shows.
